Which grade should I choose, black or white?

Black recycled HDPE is commonly selected for general industrial applications, while white virgin HDPE may be specified where virgin material or a clean appearance is required. Final performance must be verified against the actual sheet specification and load.

How many times can a sheet be reused?

HDPE slip sheets can be evaluated for repeated handling in controlled or closed-loop systems. Actual service life depends on material, thickness, tab condition, cargo, equipment, contamination, storage and handling practice.

How is load capacity stated?

Load suitability should be verified against the complete sheet design, cargo footprint, total unit-load weight, bottom packaging, tab geometry and handling conditions. A universal load figure should not be used without a defined test configuration.

Is it stronger than a paper slip sheet?

The two materials behave differently. HDPE is more resistant to moisture and can be evaluated for repeated handling, while kraft board is lighter and paper-based. Neither should be assumed stronger without a defined test configuration.

Does the black sheet use recycled material?

The black grade is produced from recycled HDPE. Recycled content should be confirmed against the specific batch on request.
