Packaging for Chemical and Fertilizer Cargo
Sack cargo moves as whole layers. A flat sheet under the bags lets a push-pull attachment move a tier without a pallet, and a friction sheet between tiers stops the stack walking apart in transit.

The problem
Bagged chemical and fertilizer loads are heavy, dense and prone to sliding between tiers, which makes the base sheet and the friction between layers the two things that decide whether the load arrives intact.
What matters here
Specification Points for This Cargo
Whole-layer handling
A slip sheet under the bag layer can allow a complete tier to be handled with a push-pull attachment instead of restacking bag by bag.
Weight and moisture
HDPE is more resistant to ground moisture; kraft board is lighter and paper-based. Selection typically depends on whether sheets return for reuse.
Layer movement
Dense sacks can provide limited natural friction against each other. Anti-slip paper between tiers can help maintain the layer pattern.
Wood packaging
Paper and HDPE slip sheets contain no solid wood. Final import requirements depend on the complete packing configuration and destination.

Typical Specification for This Cargo
A starting point, not a fixed answer. Final values are confirmed against your own load before quotation.
| Item | Guidance for this cargo |
|---|---|
| Typical sheet size | Cut to the bag layer footprint, most often 1000×1200 mm or 1100×1100 mm to match the pattern already in use. |
| Board or HDPE | Kraft board 0.6–3.0 mm for single-trip export; HDPE where sheets return or storage is damp. |
| Lip configuration | One lip on the pull side is standard. Two lips where the attachment approaches from either end. |
| Load capacity | Stated in KG/m² against your bag weight and tier count, not as a per-sheet figure. |
| What to send us | Bag weight, bags per tier, tier pattern, pallet size being replaced, and your push-pull attachment model. |
