Base material

Laminated Kraft Paper for Industrial Packaging

Laminated kraft paper is supplied in roll or sheet format to converters and industrial users who process it further. Ply count, basis weight and lamination are specified to your process rather than to a finished product, which is what separates laminated kraft paper supply from finished-product supply.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you supply in rolls or sheets?
Both. Rolls suit converters running continuous lines; sheets suit die-cutting and manual operations. Tell us your machine feed and we will supply the format that fits.
What ply count do I need?
It depends on the stiffness and thickness your finished product requires. Send a sample of the board you currently use, or the finished product specification, and we will match it.
Can you supply moisture-resistant grades?
Yes, through the adhesive system and surface treatment. Tell us the humidity conditions the material will face in your process and in the finished application.
Is this the same material as your slip sheets?
It is the base board those products are made from. Buying the material rather than the finished product makes sense when you convert in-house.
What is the minimum order?
MOQ is confirmed according to roll width, sheet size, basis weight and construction. Non-standard widths and special constructions may carry a higher minimum.
Can you match a board we already buy?
Usually. Send a physical sample or the full specification sheet — basis weight, ply count, thickness and facing — and we will confirm what we can produce.
